At Emporium Exclusive, our priority is your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This extended period provides a smoother and more flexible experience for all customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
